With over 25 years’ experience in small business and large-scale corporate enterprises, Melissa is skilled, experienced and knowledgeable in the recruitment process, as well as the development of tailored talent and human resource programs, cultural development strategies and organisational structures.
With a caring, collaborative and people-focused approach, Melissa can effectively analyse an organisation’s business strategy and operating model and develop tangible solutions that increase performance and strengthen workplace culture.

Richard brings over 25 years’ experience to ChandlerWoods as a leader and practitioner in learning and organisational development, working in the public and private sector.
Focused on personalised service, teamwork and careful analysis, Richard has a track record of successfully translating business strategies into sustainable people outcomes through effectively engaging people and developing people.
Executive Search Partner
John has over 25 years of senior-level search experience, specialising in the three levels of Government as well as the non-profit sector. He has successfully completed mandates for Board Appointment, CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors and a range of General Managers, with a focus on technical and specialist executives.
John consults to major organisations on workforce planning, organisational capability, retention strategies and executive assessment.
Also of note is John’s significant portfolio of work experience for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment.
